Hiring 2026 - Permanent Part Time Retail Assistant

We are looking for a permanent part-time (4+ hours/week) back-up RETAIL associate. This position has somewhat set hours and could fit well for a person with an open schedule. Weekend availability is a MUST. 

We love to hire within the community and it would be awesome if you live close to our retail store. We are looking for a cheerful person with a friendly demeanor who loves working with people to fit in with our small team. This job posting is for help in our retail shop only.

Ideal Candidate
- Has a fun, upbeat personality and positive attitude
- Enjoys and excels at interacting with customers
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Retail experience 
- Flexible schedule

Retail Sales Tasks
- Lively customer interactions and excellent not-too-salesy customer service
- Energetic and friendly cashiering
- Maintaining the store’s appearance
- Helping with misc. tasks as needed, including processing stock for the warehouse and sales floor.

Bonus If:
- You live in Logan Square
- Are familiar with our shop and our brand

Personality and fit is really important to us. We are a small team with very little turnover. Even though this is a part-time position we have a very thorough hiring process to ensure the new-hire is a good fit and able to work with us long term.
