1 - Part-Time Retail Associate
We are looking for a permanent part-time (10-15 hours/week) retail associate. This position has somewhat set hours and could fit well for a person with an open schedule. Weekend availability is a MUST.
We are looking for a cheerful person with a friendly demeanor who loves working with people to fit in with our small team. This job posting is for help in our retail shop only.
Ideal Candidate

Retail Sales Tasks
- Lively customer interactions and excellent not-too-salesy customer service
- Energetic and friendly cashiering
- Maintaining the store’s appearance
- Helping with misc. tasks as needed, including processing stock for the warehouse and sales floor.

2 - Part Time Wholesale Account Specialist
Are you a highly organized people-person who loves small creative businesses? We are looking for an experienced, organized wholesale assistant with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Part Time: 5-10 hours a week (virtually or in person)
Ideal Candidate:
- Enjoys and excels at interacting with customers via email
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to track multiple projects at the same time
- Has experience with customer management systems
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Job responsibilities include:
- Main point of contact for wholesale accounts
- Wholesale outreach, correspondence and follow up via emails
- Updating Customer Relations Management Tools
- Setting reminders for future communication
- Sending follow up emails and organize customer correspondence
- Building, writing and scheduling newsletters
- Social Media content creation as needed
- Identify and pitch to potential new retail partners
- Work closely with Operations Manager for order and product management
- Periodic Wednesday staff meetings in with ongoing projects and progress
Bonus if you
- Have stationery and gift industry knowledge
- Trade Show sales experience (and open to travel for trade shows)
- Live in Chicago
- Familiar with Zoho CRM
- Familiarity with Klaviyo newsletter systems
Future Opportunity: Trade Show assistant:
- Enjoys and excels at interacting with customers via email and in person
- Is comfortable approaching people and making sales
- Flexibility to travel 2x times per year for 1 week each time
